Privacy Policy

Identity Rules ("Identity Rules", "we") respects your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect on this website, how we use it, and what rights you have.

This is a preliminary template. Identity Rules is reviewing it with legal counsel — the final version may change.

Data we collect

When you visit this site we collect aggregated, anonymous metrics (visits, source, browser) via a privacy-first analytics service (Plausible) that uses no cookies and does not track individual users. When you book a demo or contact us, we collect the data you choose to share (name, work email, organization).

How we use the data

Site data is used to understand aggregated usage and improve the experience. Contact data is used to respond to your request, schedule meetings and follow up commercially. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Subprocessors

To operate this site and process demo requests we use: Cloudflare (hosting), Plausible Analytics (analytics), Calendly (scheduling), and a transactional email provider. Each handles data as a subprocessor under appropriate data-processing agreements.

Retention

We retain commercial data while a relationship with you or your organization exists, or for the legally applicable period. You may request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data by writing to privacy@identityrules.ai. If you are in the EU/EEA or Mexico, you may exercise GDPR/ARCO rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability).
